New Delhi, 3 October 2026 | The 5th Bharat Entrepreneurship Summit 2026 was held today at the NDMC 

Convention Centre, New Delhi. Organised by the Entrepreneurs Association of India (EAI) under the vision of “Ek

Bharat, Udyami Bharat,” the summit focused on strengthening India’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and enterprise

development, with young entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs participating from different states across the country.

The summit received support from the Government of India, the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal

Trade (DPIIT), NABARD and banking partners, along with other institutional stakeholders associated with

entrepreneurship and enterprise development. The summit provided entrepreneurs with a platform to discuss

opportunities and challenges related to finance, investment, market access, mentorship, networking, incubation and

business scaling.

The programme was inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Shri Vikash Pritam, Advocate, Supreme

Court of India and Advisor, EAI; Shri Naren Sharma, Director, EAI; Shri Rajesh Singh, Supply Chain Expert

and former Consultant, World Bank; Shri Abhishek Kumar, President, Entrepreneurs Association of India; and

Ms. Subhadra Singh, Project Head.

Special Focus on Business Scaling

The summit placed special focus on business scaling. While today’s startups and entrepreneurs are increasingly able to

start businesses, they often face significant challenges when it comes to taking their businesses to the next level. These

challenges can affect the growth and sustainability of enterprises during the scaling stage.

Keeping this in view, the summit focused on enterprise development, market access, investment, financial support,

innovation, technology, networking, incubation and business expansion.

Shri Vikash Pritam said that EAI) is working towards building a world-class platform for entrepreneurs. He said that

institutions of this scale are still limited in a country like India and appreciated the working approach of EAI. He added

that such platforms provide entrepreneurs with opportunities for networking, guidance and enterprise development.

Shri Rajesh Singh said that the Entrepreneurs Association of India organising the fifth Bharat Entrepreneurship Summit

in Delhi was commendable. He appreciated the participation of young and women entrepreneurs from different states of

India who travelled to Delhi to participate in the summit and build networks.

He said that such platforms contribute positively to the entrepreneurship ecosystem and provide entrepreneurs from

different regions with opportunities to connect with each other and take their businesses forward. He further highlighted

that engagement with NABARD, banking institutions and other financial and institutional partners can play an

important role in helping entrepreneurs access financial resources and opportunities for business expansion.

One-Year Free Incubation Support for Entrepreneurs

Shri Abhishek Kumar, President, Entrepreneurs Association of India, said that this year’s summit had been organised

with a special focus on business scaling and that EAI would support entrepreneurs participating from different states

through a one-year free incubation programme.

He said that EAI would work towards providing entrepreneurs and their products and services with national and global networking opportunities.

He emphasised that entrepreneurship important role in creating a stronger support ecosystem for entrepreneurs.

Experts Share Insights with Entrepreneurs

The business sessions featured Shri Amit Sethi, Shri Manish Johari, Ms. Garima Seth, Ms. Sneha Raj Bhandari,

Shri Manoj Atri and Shri Shashi Mohan.

The speakers shared their perspectives with entrepreneurs with a positive and growth-oriented approach and encouraged

participating entrepreneurs. The experts discussed various aspects of business development, investment readiness,

market expansion, supply-chain management, innovation, technology and business scaling.

While young people today often discuss unemployment as a challenge, the summit brought together young entrepreneurs

who travelled from Kanyakumari to Kashmir and from Arunachal Pradesh to Gujarat to Delhi with the objective

of building their enterprises and creating opportunities for their future.

Entrepreneurs Showcase Products and Services

An entrepreneur exhibition was also organised as part of the summit, with entrepreneurs from different states

showcasing their products and services and engaging in networking.

The exhibition provided entrepreneurs with an opportunity to showcase their products and services and explore potential

business collaborations, market access, investment connections and new business networks.

10 Startups Present Business Ideas

At the conclusion of the programme, an Idea Pitching Session was organised for 10 new startups working on

innovative business ideas. The participating startups presented their respective business ideas before business experts

present at the summit.

The session provided the startups with an opportunity to present their business models, products and services and

growth potential before experts. Following the pitching process, one startup will be selected for investment support.

Participation of Young and Women Entrepreneurs

At the conclusion of the summit, Shri Abhishek Kumar, President, Entrepreneurs Association of India,

acknowledged the support and participation of young entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs from across the country.

He also appreciated the contribution of the special organising committee of the Entrepreneurs Association of India,

whose members played an important role in successfully organising the summit.

He said that EAI’s objective is to connect entrepreneurs across the country through a strong platform and strengthen the

entrepreneurship ecosystem, enterprise development, business scaling, innovation, investment, financial support,

market access and national and global networking.

He further emphasised that stronger collaboration among the Government of India, Department for Promotion of

Industry and Internal Trade, NABARD, banking partners, industry, investors and other institutional stakeholders

can help create new opportunities for entrepreneurs across the country.

The 5th Bharat Entrepreneurship Summit 2026 concluded as an important platform bringing together entrepreneurs,

industry, financial institutions, investors and institutional stakeholders with a shared focus on strengthening India’s

entrepreneurship ecosystem and creating pathways for enterprise development, business scaling and sustainable .
