  • DR. PARDEEP KUMAR’S BOOK WAS RELEASED FOLLOWING HIS PRESENTATION OF A REASEARCH PAPER AND PRESIDING OVER A TECHNICAL SESSION AT KASHMIR UNIVERSITY IN SRINAGAR
    Dr. Pardeep Kumar Dean and Prof. of Economics NIILM University, Kaithal (HR) attended three days ICSSR and J&K Bank Sponsored Conference at Kashmir University (Srinagar). He presided over the infrastructure session and said that both economic and social infrastructure are required for the economic development of the nation. Anyhow improvement in social infrastructure i.e. health and education leads the nation towards progress. It mobalises manpower and efficiency of the labour increases. As a result it helps to accelerate the productivity and decelerate the cost of production. Moreover, national resources are optimally utilized with the help of infrastructure. In this way infrastructure helps to form the backbone of Indian economy on the one hand and to achieve the target of higher economic growth rate on the other. On this occasion he presented a research paper on Atamnirbhar Bharat with Dr. Poonam Rani and laid stress on the rural industrialization in general and effective implementation of export promotion and import substitution policies in particular to achieve the target of Atamnirbhar Bharat.
    In valedictory session his book namely “Impact of Covid-19 on Indian Economy” with Dr. Dinesh Kumar was released by  conference president Dr. Pulin. B. Nayak (Former member PMEAC), Prof. Sudhakar Panda (Former VC), Dr. Alok Sharma Secretary, Prof. B.P. Veerabhadrappa VC KUVEMPU University Shimoga (Karnataka), Sh. Baldev Parkash MD and CEO J&K Bank, Dr. Dalip Kumar and Dr. G.M. Bhatt Vice Presidents, Prof. Imtiyaz-Ul-Haq Head Department of Economics, Prof. Nisar Registrar and Ms. Marium of  Kashmir University.
